A. Try one of the following solutions depending on the issue you are having:

  • Fig.1a: Click the picture once, or press the spacebar on your keyboard. 

  • Fig.1b: If the Blocked Content Warning appears at the top of the browser window, single-click the message bar and select Allow Blocked Content... from the drop-down list that appears.

  • Fig.1c: Download the latest Adobe Flash Player for your web browser, or check you browser settings to allow Flash objects to display properly; OR try reloading the page, and follow above step (Fig.1b).  Having trouble finding it?  Click here and look for Figure 2.
